Rohit Sunil Jagtap has dedicated over seven years to grassroots work. He currently serves as ​a Trainer/Facilitator at LEAD India. He has been a fellow with Disom and the Indian School of ​Democracy. Rohit earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Shri Shivaji Arts, ​Commerce and Science College in Akola.

Sejalben Kalpeshbhai Rathwa works as a Cultural Documentation Coordinator with Bhasha ​Research and Publication Center. She also runs Aadim Samvaad, a YouTube channel that ​highlights Adivasi culture and perspectives. Sejal was part of the inaugural cohort of the Disom ​Fellowship and brings over five years of professional experience to her roles.

Upender Singh is currently serving as Sr. Projector Coordinator at Lotus Petal Charitable ​Foundation. He earned his Post-Graduation in Political Science from IGNOU and has over five ​years of total work experience in education and livelihood domains.

Sunil Kumar Ivane is the founder of Sajha Netritva Manch in Harda, Madhya Pradesh, where ​he focuses on building community leadership. Having completed his education up to Class 12, ​Sunil is eager to apply knowledge gained from this course to enhance grassroots leadership in ​the communities he serves.

Neelam Gupta is currently providing field support at Eklavya Foundation. With 5 years of ​experience in the social sector, she holds a BCA and D.EI.Ed. Neelam is also pursuing a Master’s ​in Sociology.


Mohit Ashok Gaurkhede is currently serving as a Model School Facilitator at Kotak Education ​Foundation. He earned his Master of Arts in Education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences ​in Hyderabad and has over two years of total work experience in education domain.

Prerna Grover is an education professional with over 8 years of experience, holding a BSc in ​Physics and a B.Ed. She currently serves as an Internships Officer at Lend A Hand India and has ​expertise in curriculum development and educational management. Co-founder of ​Prayogshaala: Atrangi Vigyan, she focuses on innovative educational methods. Her past roles ​include positions with Teach For India, Ayur Gyan Nyas, and Umoya Sports, where she ​developed educational materials and managed projects.

Anvesha Pandey is a Homeopath transitioning from clinical practice to Public Health, currently ​working as a Program Manager at Sanmat, Jharkhand. She completed her MSc in Epidemiology ​and Public Health from Central University of Tamil Nadu and has over two years of total work ​experience in health domain.

Kranti Khode is currently serving as the Secretary of Jansahas Social Empowerment Society, ​Indore. She has 20 years of experience in the social sector and holds a BA, LLB, LLM, and MSW ​from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Kranti has led initiatives on manual scavenging and ​violence prevention against women and children. Notably, she participated in the Rashtriya ​Garima Abhiyaan in 2012 and the Dignity March in 2018 to support survivors of sexual violence.

Charu Ginotra is a dedicated changemaker at Lotus Petal Foundation, serving as an Assistant ​Manager and Academic Administrator. She has experience in education management at ​institutions like Manav Rachna International School and G.D. Goenka Public School. Charu holds ​a Bachelor of Commerce from Jesus and Mary College and a Master's in Finance from IGNOU. ​In addition to her career, she enjoys reading, plays cricket, and is committed to social work, ​striving to make a meaningful impact.

Narendra Singh had the chance to study only up to grade 10, yet he brings over twenty years ​of valuable experience in the garment industry. He has worked as a Quality Assurance ​Professional and Project Coordinator for skill development and training initiatives under the ​AMAS Program. Currently, he is employed with Greybeez in Ranchi.

Dhanraj Jat is a social worker specializing in migration, livelihood, and advocacy for tribal and ​disadvantaged communities. He is an Executive at Aajeevika Bureau in Jodhpur, overseeing ​programs on silicosis, literacy, and legal issues. Dhanraj has an MSW in Human Resource ​Management and an LLB, with experience at organizations like Pratham Rajasthan and Harsh ​Education & Rural Development Society.

Annika Jaiswal, a 2023 Mathematics graduate from Miranda House, Delhi University, is ​passionate about making a lasting impact. With experience interning at Janaagraha and ​volunteering with Myra - Ek Pahel, she seeks to enhance her strategic and leadership skills to ​contribute to a resilient society. Annika values engaging with diverse perspectives to develop ​tools for driving meaningful change.

Jahid Makrani is a development professional with 12+ years of experience in youth ​development and skill training. As a Senior Associate at STEP Academy, he handles program ​planning, monitoring, and team capacity building. Dharmraj Gujjar is an experienced professional with over 15 years in program planning and ​monitoring at Aajeevika Bureau in Udaipur. His background spans roles in Mumbai, Dungarpur, ​and Rajsamand, focusing on agricultural development, migration issues, and labor advocacy. ​He holds an MSW from IGNOU and a BSc in Rural Technology from JRN University, dedicated to ​improving livelihoods and mentoring field teams.

Nita works with Agrasar, focusing on community engagement and stakeholder management. ​She manages campaigns, evaluates performance, organizes workshops, and supports migrant ​workers with social security, while also working to eliminate corporal punishment in schools. ​Previously, she volunteered as a Paralegal with DLSA, helping marginalized communities access ​government services.

Urvi Goyal is an entrepreneur, social worker, poet, and blogger with 8 years of experience in ​various sectors, including social work and HR. As the founder of Zestreet, a Delhi NGO, she ​empowers women through art and vocational training, aiming to create sustainable livelihoods. ​A proponent of transformative beliefs, she practices Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Pranic ​Healing, and the Art of Living, focusing on mentoring women and uplifting communities.

Mahendra Ahari is an Executive Coordinator at Aajeevika Bureau in Udaipur, overseeing ​migration programs such as registration, legal aid, and skill development. Taruna Devgan is the Centre Coordinator at Agrasar, managing daily operations and ​community outreach. She previously worked as a Teacher Cum Supervisor/Assistant at Sukarya, ​overseeing educational programs, and conducted sessions at Vidya Roshan Charitable Trust for ​underprivileged communities. Taruna holds a BA and B.Ed. from GNDU, Amritsar, and a Master’s ​in History.

Debkant Bhanja has over 14 years of experience in NGO and CSR management, currently ​serving as a State Program Officer. He manages programs in Livelihoods, Education, Advocacy, ​and Entrepreneurship, with expertise in project planning, monitoring, capacity building, and ​stakeholder engagement. Vijeta co-founded 'Mere Sawal Mere Jawab' to improve personal and ​financial literacy and has managed digital engagement for Project Legal Haq. At university, ​her work with the Enactus Society and various NGOs underscores her dedication to social ​impact. Mayur Yeole has over 7 years of experience in sustainable agriculture and farmer ​empowerment. As Team Leader at Manjari Foundation, he has contributed to projects at Vrutti, ​Seva Mandir, and Tata Trusts, enhancing the livelihoods of small farmers through sustainable ​practices. He holds an MBA in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Extension ​Management.

Pradip Amkar currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Learning Links Foundation, where ​he leads training programs on emerging technologies and 21st-century skills for students and ​teachers. With previous experience as a Robotics and Electronics Trainer, and Technical Trainer, ​Pradip has contributed to Atal Tinkering Labs and other educational initiatives. He has over two years of experience, including an ​internship with Pravah on environmental and education projects in tribal communities, and ​worked as a Senior Sales Officer at AU Small Finance Bank. Rohit volunteered with Nauka ​Foundation, organizing plantation drives and student development sessions. He holds a ​Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
