Rohit Sunil Jagtap has dedicated over seven years to grassroots work. He currently serves as a Trainer/Facilitator at LEAD India. He has been a fellow with Disom and the Indian School of Democracy. Rohit earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Shri Shivaji Arts, Commerce and Science College in Akola.
Sejalben Kalpeshbhai Rathwa works as a Cultural Documentation Coordinator with Bhasha Research and Publication Center. She also runs Aadim Samvaad, a YouTube channel that highlights Adivasi culture and perspectives. Sejal was part of the inaugural cohort of the Disom Fellowship and brings over five years of professional experience to her roles.
Upender Singh is currently serving as Sr. Projector Coordinator at Lotus Petal Charitable Foundation. He earned his Post-Graduation in Political Science from IGNOU and has over five years of total work experience in education and livelihood domains.

Kranti Khode is currently serving as the Secretary of Jansahas Social Empowerment Society, Indore. She has 20 years of experience in the social sector and holds a BA, LLB, LLM, and MSW from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Kranti has led initiatives on manual scavenging and violence prevention against women and children. Notably, she participated in the Rashtriya Garima Abhiyaan in 2012 and the Dignity March in 2018 to support survivors of sexual violence.
