How we started
AIDP emerged from witnessing a major injustice in social development organizations in India. The institute has been established under the aegis of Agrasar (https://agrasar.org/). Listen to our Director to understand the need for this institution.

Our Mission
We are focusing on providing education and skills to grassroots practitioners in NGOs, enabling them to advance to managerial roles despite contextual, social, and financial constraints.
PG Certificate Program in Management (Development Practice)
This 11 month Post Graduate level Certificate Program in Management is mostly conducted online (with some in-person workshops and opportunities to collaborate with fellow students). The course provides existing grassroots practitioners with skills they need to progress to managerial positions.

Faculty
Prerit Rana
Prerit serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Agrasar and Director of AIDP. An alumnus of IRMA with over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, he has led pioneering initiatives in education, skill development, and capacity building. He has mentored post-graduate students at prestigious institutions such as ISDM, IRMA, XIMB and others, preparing them for careers in the development sector.
Dr. Anil Goswami
With over 20 years of research, administrative, and teaching experience at DRDO, Govt. of India and as a Guest Faculty at IIM Jammu, DU, IGDTUW and DTU, Dr. Goswami specializes in General Management, Organizational Behaviour (OB), Human Resource Management (HR), Knowledge Management, Information Technology (IT), Analytics, and Research Methodology. He holds a PhD in OB & HR from IIM Kashipur and an MBA from FMS, Delhi University, with 13 publications in international journals, including prestigious ABDC-listed and IEEE publications.
Devika Misra
Devika has over 15 years of experience in the financial inclusion space, working with microfinance institutions, a rating agency, an SRO, and now as a technical assistance provider at Accion. She specializes in creating data strategies to achieve business goals, data management & analytics and impact measurement. Devika completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) in 2009.
Samrat Kishor
With over 15 years of distinguished experience in strategic roles at Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and other leading firms, Kishore has been at the forefront of digital transformations. His expertise extends to mentoring startups and integrating practical learning into his teaching approach. As a seasoned project manager and technology professional, Kishore brings a wealth of real-world insights to empower students in understanding the dynamic intersections of technology and sustainable development.
Priyanka Agrawal
Priyanka is a Teach for India fellow and a graduate from Indian School of Development Management. She has an experience of more than 5 years in the development sector.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us and ask questions. You can use either English or Hindi to ask. As the course will be taught in a mix of simple English and Hindi, we encourage you to write in any language without worrying about mistakes. We will not assess you on your English Skills.
